Local cleaners we screen and manage directly. Every turnover is photo-verified. If a photo is missing, the clean has not happened. You can see every one in your owner dashboard.

What happens if a guest damages something?

We document it, file with the platform for damage cover, coordinate the repair, and pass the cost through to you at cost. Repairs happen fast so your calendar does not sit empty.

Is short-term rental legal in my city?

It depends on your city and your building. Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, and Oshawa each have their own rules, and some require the property to be your principal residence. We check compliance for your specific property before we take you on. That check is free.

What is your management fee?

Our fee is designed so when your property earns more, we earn more. We work to your goals, not against them. We walk through the numbers together on your free assessment.

What if my building does not allow short-term rentals?

We check your building's bylaws during your free assessment. If it does not work as a short-term rental, we will tell you honestly and suggest a mid-term or long-term route instead.

Can I use my place for personal stays?

Yes. Block any dates you want in your owner dashboard. We adjust bookings around your schedule.

Do you insure my property?

Accepted Answer

No. Your STR insurance is a conversation with your own broker, not ours. A standard landlord policy is not the same as an active short-term rental policy. Ask your broker this week, before you list.
